Skill: Cold manipulation.
Description: Basically Naha can now make things cold, possibly but not necessarily in a controlled way. She's had this to some extent already with her aura, but I've done that a liiiittle differently, and that is not an intentional or controlled reaction.
I'm going to keep this to a pretty limited radius—say within three or four feet of Naha's body? Possibly with a physical contact stipulation for anything super intense or specific. That is to say, Naha can chill her general atmosphere within a few feet, but if she wanted to freeze someone's hand and just their hand, she'd have to be holding their hand/arm or at least almost touching it?
Something like that.
Like all magical skills, only works at night at this point.
