Neji likes Raven, but sometimes he really doesn't know what to make of him. Like, he's generally a pleasant addition to Neji's life, and for the most part he and Tiger's Eye are comfortable for him to be around. I know he mostly wallflowers, but that's... actually something he does when he's comfortable.
But Neji is not sure how to react to Raven being a busybody or meddling in his romantic life, especially when he's more or less in denial that it is romantic. What. Surely this is all totally normal things friends do.
MORE OR LESS THE SAME ONLY KIND OF REVERSED? Raven likes Neji - he thinks he's a good kid and he's comfortable to talk to, and he does enjoy that they can talk about things and he feels like Neji is listening to him even if they don't agree. He really doesn't mind that Neji is sort of standoffish because... comparatively he hasn't actually been that standoffish to Raven. He's sort of cool and monosyllabic sometimes but usually if Raven pushes enough he gets Neji to admit to a feeling or two.
Of course, Raven does not really know how to advise Neji on most feelings. He does the best he can, but Raven is still working on actually addressing feelings in a constructive manner himself. The exception is romance, where Raven has about zero qualms giving advice and feels much more at home. He's very much of the opinion that romance is a good thing that people should seek and not deny themselves. '-' And Neji's cute with Tsunami.
What is something you are most interested to play with Naha?
...WELL ONE OF THE THINGS I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IS GETTING BACK HIS SHAPESHIFTING SKILL AND PLAYING HIM FEMALE.
I'm predictable.
But Naha is a god and fairly genderfluid, and it's referenced that at different points he's been more female. Naha was a woman through the whole Gods War and the stuff leading up to it according to the author's blog and it's referenced that she's gone back and forth and invented new things many times. It's never really explored, though, so I'd like to see how that might work.
Also, like I said above, he's got a lot of potential to be clingy and bond with people. I'm looking forward to the possibility of him being protective...
Erika has been in queue for about two months! I remain extremely excited. Raven's not going anywhere, and I don't want a third, so no plans other than that!
Uh. I'm not sure. Maybe because I'm still relatively new to the team, so I'm not entirely settled into their roles, and maybe just because they're not the same kind of team as Iolite...
Hopefully no one gives Naha any responsibilities more important than control over the radio...
